To provide the highest level of care and accommodate all scheduled pets, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or being banned.

For late arrivals, a grace period of 10 minutes will be provided. Arrivals beyond this time may require a shortened service, rescheduling, or may be subject to a late fee, depending on our schedule availability.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a seamless, stress-free experience for every pet in our care.

For your pet’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that all pets be walked and given an opportunity to potty before their appointment. Please avoid feeding meals for at least 2 hours prior to grooming and refrain from offering treats before arrival. Regular brushing between appointments is also highly recommended to maintain a healthy, tangle-free coat and ensure the most comfortable grooming experience possible.

Appointments are reserved with a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will forfeit the deposit, and a new 50% deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

To keep your pet looking and feeling their best, we recommend regular brushing at home, keeping ears clean and dry, and maintaining a consistent grooming schedule. Please provide fresh water after their appointment and allow them time to relax after their spa day. Routine at-home care helps keep your pet’s coat healthy, comfortable, and beautiful between visits.
